We are selling our 2012 Itasca (Winnebago) Sunova 36V Class A motorhome.  We are the original owners and we purchased the unit back in October of 2012.  As use can see by the pictures, when the motorhome is not in use it is always covered (unit & tires), and parked next to our garage on a blacktop driveway.  The unit has only been used for a handful of trips a year and has always been extremely well maintained inside and out.  The unit has been fully waxed (including roof), every year and has always been washed before being covered.  The unit has 19,493 miles on the odometer and has been extensively maintained.  I have changed the oil (Mobile 1 synthetic), in the chassis and standard Onan oil in the generator every year.  I have the receipts for all the oil and filters that I have purchased.  Every year I have taken the unit to the Ford dealer and had the brake fluid flushed and changed.  A past experience with my old motorhome with moisture in the brake fluid and seizing calipers have led me to this preventive maintenance.  Last year I even had the dealer change the transmission fluid as preventive maintenance.  I have all the receipts from the Ford Dealer.  The chassis battery was changed in 8/19 and the two RV batteries were changed on 8/18.  Yes, I have the receipts. The unit was built with many options as you can see on the picture of the option sheet.  Big options include the external entertainment center, dual pane windows, leather sofa and recliner, AC/DC inverter, and heat pumps in the AC units.  Heat pumps allow you to use your AC units in chilly days instead of running your propane furnace.  Everything in the motorhome works to include the 4 TVs, video camera system, furnace, propone stove, hot water heater (AC & Propane), and refrigerator ice maker.  Nothing is broken.  The refrigerator runs on both AC and propane.   In 2018 I installed the Roadmaster “Brakemaster” 9060 hydraulic brake system for the tow vehicle.  The interior is flawless, as my wife has been a fanatic keeping the unit free of stains, rips, and wear marks.  Looks LIKE NEW.
