Description
This is a drastic reduction in price. It is a fully operational RV. Everything works. It has a 30 amp service, with all attachments to plug it into a 110 all the way to a 50 amp outlet. The fridge runs on electric or propane and gets ice cold with either one. The stove and oven work. It has a working microwave. It can be driven to the lake today for a weekend getaway. The awning rolls out for shade. The cruise control still works. I drove it 900 miles round trip to Austin Texas and back last year so my son could use it while working down there. The hot water tank works great. With the generator running it can be self contained with one exception. I can't get the fresh water pump to operate correctly. I can here it running, but no water flows. A few years ago I fixed a leak in the pvc pipe coming out of the fresh water tank and the next summer I couldn't get the fresh water to flow. It may be I opened or closed a valve somewhere incorrectly. Like I said I can hear the pump running. When connected to an outside water supply everything works great. I am leaving my 32 inch tv and a 19 inch tv in the bedroom. I have been in it during rain storms with no leaks. The engine does leak water and oil. You will have to maintain the levels. I have not attempted to find the leaks. But when it's driving the water drains minimally. I added less than a gallon for the 900 mile trip. What can I say. This RV will not win any beauty contest. But it you want a fun getaway vehicle for the kids you can't beat the price. I just don't use it anymore and I'm paying monthly storage fees. I paid $7000 in 2015 for it. I drove it over 3000 miles to Florida and back with 10 people for my sons high school graduation. For the price I'm selling it for, it's as is. I'm not going to do anything but sell it. My price is more than fair for what you are getting. You could live in this if you wanted.
