This a large triple axle toy hauler, perfect for boondocking with the family and the toys!  Purchased in 2016, was very well cared for.   It has 3 A/Cs, onboard 5.5Kw Onan generator, and a 12-foot garage.  Garage has never had any vehicles in it, no oil/gas whatsoever.  30 gallon fuel station and exterior locking station for all the toys.Interior is nice, solid countertop, vinyl/carpeted floors, dark wood cabinets, large pantry, central vacuum system with all components. LED lights throughout.  Sleeps 8, queen master, large loft over garage, and double power lift beds in the garage.  The large L shaped couch  and the bunk/dining benches in the back have upgraded marine grade upholstery which is very soft yet durable. Everything works well, no issues.

DC power provided by 4 6volt deep cycle batteries.  Generator works great, have barely used since fully serviced in 2018.  Furnace kicks out plenty of heat throughout.  The 3 A/Cs keep the place nice and cool in the summer, 2 up front run off the 50 Amp line, one in garage runs off its own 30 Amp line.  Central vac system is like new, barely used, very convenient.  Comes with 2 TVs, but hookups for 6!  Outdoor kitchen and entertainment (TV, speakers) are great.  Washer/Dryer connections in master B/R closet.

We will include the Andersen Ultimate Fifth Wheel Connection Hitch if you want it.  Toy Hauler is 18000 GVWR, this hitch system has worked great!  It is an aluminum hitch that fits over the goose neck ball in the truck bed.  Weighs 35 pounds, easy in and out.  Has worked very well for pulling this toy hauler.  All other hoses, water lines, original manuals, and other trailer accessories will come with the trailer so it will be ready to go.
