2003 LE3105 fifth wheel. Interior 9/10. Back queen bed, front full bad with mattress topper. New awning. Onan 5500. Fridge, stove, microwave, brand new water pump, toilet, shower, water heater all flawless. Exterior 6/10. Sun damage as expected for a 2003. Brand new interstate batteries. 2 tires new, others in good conditions and replaced in the last few years all rated E. Sleeps 6 comfortably with the drop down side beds. AC/heater good condition. Downside is generator does not run smoothly, carb was replaced March of 2019 but we didn’t start much after that so needs cleaning. Only 400 hours.
