It is 16 feet long and can be towed by a smaller car as it weighs 2300 lbs.  i towed it with an audi q 5.
The reason I am selling is my daughter is now older and we need a bigger one. I could back it up and put it in a camp spot very easily. Literally in awesome condition- I only used it to drive 45 minutes to Lake alpine, ca that is our spot. You should check it out.
