This is "Froggy". He's a Hood River Edition: We have been able to take this trailer to locations few other trailers could go thanks to the additional ground clearance and 15" off road tires. Plus he's only 20 feet long and less than 3000 lbs. We've pulled him over the Rocky Mountains with a Kia Sorento.
Our modifications not standard to R-Pods:
New Serenia Sleep 8 inch RV Memory Foam Mattress (replaces 4" standard RV mattress).
Weight distribution and sway control (e2 hitch|Fastway. We paid $400 extra for this and it is absolutely necessary for safety on the road. You will probably have to add this to most other trailers.
R-pods have a huge storage bin that goes all across rear of trailer - we have an added 4 ft built in drawer into half of it.
Back bumper storage rack with 2 large lockiing bins.
Rear view camera attached to rack.
Spare tire moved to under rear of trailer.
Waste water hose storage (so it doesn't get stored in bin).
Storage cupboard under right dinette seat with pullout bin.
2 propane tanks (only one is shown in pics).
Under-bed full length pullout drawer.
Drawer installed in under sink cabinet.
Utensil drawers lengthened.
Radio raised to allow for more pantry storage.
Overhead cupboard doors changed to rise vertically.
Storage rack over dinette.
IKEA knife magnet rack and cooking utensil hooks.
Clothing storage racks over head and foot of bed.
Custom canopy.
