You will have a hard time finding a 30 ft RV that sleeps 10, as optimally configured as the Terra SE. There are very few like this one the market. Truly a spacious home on wheels. Optimal, unique configuration unlike any other RVs on the market in this price range. Comfortably sleeps up to 8-10 adults and kids! 2 side bunks and back queen bedroom with ample storage in and out. Bunks are perfect for children, where you don't have to break the bed down to house toys, sleeping bags, and other kids gear while not having to pack or stow every time you ramble. Bunks sleep up to 350 lbs, a full sized adult with access to the top bunk with a ladder. The bunks face a flat-screen TV and can also convert into a back-area table and seats or small mobile office.  Hide a loft also sleeps 2 (queen sized) comfortable and electrically stows discretely above the driver's cab.

Very comfortable main cabin seating includes a diner-style booth and spacious sofa which faces it. Sofa pulls out to sleep two adults, the dinette table also breaks down to sleep 2 adults or kids. The movable TV can be electronically adjusted. Queen Bed in the rear is quiet.
