The trailer is in excellent shape throughout. We are the second owner and have owned it for 7 years. We have made numerous improvements & upgrades such as; Electric tongue jack, dual battery set-up with selector switch & volt meter, upgraded queen mattress, LED lighting throughout, brand new awning (powered), new water heater, tires are 2 years old, 2,000 lb. rated frame mounted 2" hitch in rear. It has an outdoor fold-down propane cook stove with sink. Comes complete with hitch and sway bars.
