New batteries, new convertor, new Good Year Tires, factory plastic still on carpet, memory foam topper on king size mattress, bike and luggage rack hitch receiver. Theater Sofa, front hydrualic leveling jack, rear electric leveling jack, and 4 hydraulic slide outs. Washer/dryer hook up ready. Never lived in and rarely used.
