This is a very nice unit. We haven't had near the time to camp as we thought we would. Only used one night at the lake last summer. It has been parked ever since in our driveway. No Damage, Still very much like a brand new camper. Bought for $21,000 - Asking $18,000 for payoff. I respond to emails quickly, within 24 hours most of the time.
