We traded our 45’ Newmar Essex for a 33’ 10” Newmar New Aire because the storage space inside as well as outside was almost the same.  The shorter New Aire Model 3343 had the luxury of the Essex, but in a shorter, easier to handle and store coach.  This was the right decision and we love this coach. This coach is in ABSOLUTELY NEW CONDITION.

VALUE  
The sticker price was $403,823.We drove and camped in it just enough to find all the warranty issues and have them all repaired.  This low-mileage (3,700 mi)  coach is better than new because all the bugs are fixed saving you, the new owner, from visits back and forth to the dealer.  This RV is ready to go and have fun.  It is priced at the low amount of $259,900 OBO.  With this quality and low miles, it will not last long.  We are no longer able to travel extensively because of health issues.

CHASSIS
The coach has the Comfort Drive steering system and a 360 horsepower (6.7L) Cummins diesel engine on a freightliner  XCS chassis.  The On guard collision system and rear view color monitor assists the driver.  The driver & passenger seats are heated with 6-way adjustable recliners and a footrest.   A custom-tuned audio system and dual 9” monitors with Rand McNally navigation and a side-view camera display make driving a joy.

AUDIO, VIDEEO & ACCESSORIES
It is equipped with Wingard in-motion dome satellite dish and in-motion Wi-Fi and Rayzar automatic digital TV antenna.  The 48” Sony LED TV is retractable in the living area along with a Bose soundbar.  There is also a 40” TV with a Blue-Ray Disc Player in the bedroom and a Sony 40” HD TV in the exterior sidewall with a Soundbar.

INTERIOR
There are 3 slideouts, one being a full wall expansion.  This coach has replaced all the carpet with polished Porcelain Tile Floor throughout now that the slideouts are level with the floor.  A Flexsteel ultra fabric 87” jackknife sofa, driver and passenger seats provides extreme comfort.  The sofa pulls out to provide sleeping for two.  The Euro booth dinette with Cantilever table is not just a cushion on plywood, but a true piece of comfortable furniture.

This all electric coach appliances include an induction cooktop, a convection microwave, a three-door refrigerator with icemaker, a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and Whirlpool two-piece stacked washer & dryer.

The bath has an extra-large 40”x32” shower with a folding seat, the toilet is a Macerator stool.  An emergency exit is the bathroom.
