This RV has 2 doors: one into master bedroom; one into kitchen. This helps with ventilation/access. Stairs: heavy duty and solid.

5 slides. 2 opposing slides for the living area, 2 opposing slides for the kitchen/dining area and 1 slide in the master bedroom.

True 4 season RV. Furnace heats well in cold winters. Dual AC units: very effective cooling in hot summers. LED lighting throughout.  There are 2 very large awnings with LED lighting over bedroom and kitchen. 54 gal. fresh H20 tank. Two 50 gallon gray H20 tanks. One 50 gal.black tank.

Front living area has 2 hide-a-bed sofas, 2 recliners with massage heat & cup holders. Large TV pops up from above the fireplace.

Sound system includes bluetooth with speakers in living room, master bedroom, and outside.

Kitchen has double sink, spacious counter-top work areas, large pantry and tons of storage in cabinets. Refrigerator/freezer is huge. Microwave with convection(nice)

Over 8 ft. headroom in large shower in bathroom includes handheld showerhead.

Master Bedroom has closet and add’l large hanging clothes area, several drawers, space for W/D if desired, & king size bed. Mattress is pristine. Original bedspread for mattress never used. Mattress was covered with topper-we never slept on it. Storage under bed.

Exterior is like new (kept shaded). Exterior topcoat intact; no peeling.Things we love about the trailer:
1. We love that you can easily live full-time in this trailer. The Living Room is SO spacious--it's easy to have company. Everyone has comfortable seating. (Seating for 8; huge floor space.)  
2. We love the huge shower!  
3. We love that there was never a chemical smell in this RV from the beginning.
4. We LOVE all of the windows!
5. We love having a king bed.
6. We love the storage.
7. Hubby loves the auto-leveling system.
8. We absolutely love the stairs. Solid and secure.
9. The kitchen is a dream--plenty of maneuvering space--plenty of counter-tops. Plenty of storage. Large fridge and huge island.

The reason this is a pristine RV: Life often sends hiccups. An unexpected health situation caused us to move into town to be near the hospital.  Our house is finished. Time to sell. This RV would be great for full-time living, or for months at a time in AZ, FL or CO. It’s great for vacations,too. Comfort galore. You won't find a better RV like this. The condition is superior in all ways.
