2011 Tioga Ranger 31N-Ford chassis E450 with 26436 miles-**BUNKHOUSE MODEL**

This coach is like brand new. It has heated electric mirrors, emergency start, touchscreen stereo with Sirius radio capability, surround sound, back up camera (color), front seats in absolutely perfect condition, 2 slides, Booth dinette in the front and another one that converts into a bunk in the passenger side slideout, jackknife sofa that was just reupholstered, day/night shades, sleeps between 8 and 10 people, 3 flatscreen TVs, IN MOTION satellite, Samsung DVD player, 2 Fantastic Fan‘s, oven, microwave, cherry wood interior, stainless steel sink and fixtures, full extension drawer glides, dual pane windows, single rooftop air conditioner, Onan 4000 generator with 487 hours, large 2 door refrigerator, linoleum and carpet are in excellent shape, large wardrobe in bedroom, brand new bed cover And 2 new unopened pillows, bathroom is large with a porcelain toilet and glass enclosed shower, Filtered water and more.
OUTSIDE:
Full body paint, power step, tires are new, new batteries, wheel liners,(i’m replacing the one on the passenger side in the back that looks white) PASS THROUGH STORAGE,
Large awning, awning toppers, spare tire, rear ladder, tows 5000 lbs, outside shower, black tank flush and more.

Engine/Gen serviced 1.5mo ago and we just had the outside professionally detailed and the inside professionally cleaned with and they used a viruscide. (I thought in current times that was appropriate)

Everything works as it should and every single one of our Motorhomes gets a full chassis inspection by A+ mobile and we make sure everything is in proper working order with an Rv Tech.

You will not be disappointed in this motorhome it’s beautiful. And it’s a BUNKHOUSE which is very hard to find.
