Beautiful coach with all the bells and whistles. Has some upgrades:
New plush couch with 2 recliners, and dinette was just re-upholstered. Has tons of storage including a rear basement storage that is big enough to put all your tables, chairs, fire pit, extra tent, dog bed, outdoor mats and more.
It has full body paint. Sleeps 7 (has 2 queen size beds plus the dinette folds down to sleep 2 and one person can comfortably sleep on the couch.
The kitchen is an “L” shape which is ideal for preparing meals and there’s lots of kitchen cupboards and also a pantry. It has a double sink.
 It has a large closet in the hallway as well as another large closet in the bedroom. There’s also a small closet at each side of the walk around queen size bed. We just put on two new steer tires. And a upgraded the gas sniffer. 
In the bathroom there is a nice sized shower and medicine cabinet as well as drawers and storage cabinet.
This coach is really beautiful and a must see. It has a Onan gen with only 360 hours and low mileage on the engine. (Approx. 23k)
The automatic jacks make leveling a breeze. It has a built in satellite system so you can watch tv from almost anywhere. It also has an outside radio/CD player so you can enjoy it while your lounging outside or BBQing.  It has a heavy duty tow package.
There’s two color TVs (a big screen in the living room which comes up out of the back side of the dinette and with the push of a button retracts down out of the way. And another TV in the master bedroom.
This coach has it all.
The price is more than fair and has already been discounted. You won’t find a better coach for the money anywhere.
