31’ , 55k original miles , powerful 454 Chevy engine runs great will be very reliable. Just had the oil changed, carburetor serviced, radiator flushed, transmission flushed, installed new hoses, new fuel filter, new batteries, new ignition, rooftop rear/front A/C units were bought brand new about 5 years ago and have barely been used. The generator does need a new fuel pump ($250part /easy install) and it will work great, it’s a Onan 6.5 NHE model, powerful unit. Tires are in great shape. Rear airbag suspension works does not leak and the ride is smooth. The interior is all original and practically pristine, all auxiliaries work. This motorhome has been taken very good care of, service records, receipts of recent work, clean title in hand, registration non-op.
