1998 Flair in overall good condition with 27,000 miles.  Con:  Has some damage to the rear panel.  Not a salvage vehicle I just don't have anywhere to repair the damnge from hitting a pole.  Pros:  Excellent mechicanical and operational condition.  Everything works!  Coach has the Banks PowerPack system which increased the horsepower by 60 and added 100ft pounds of torque.  California legal.  All six tires are less than three years old.  Many, many upgrades including Bliestin shocks all around, polyureathane bushings and Supersteer Trac Bar for the rear axle which dramatically reduced sway.  New brakes all around and new master cylinder.  New starter and fuel pump.  Has main awning as well as two side window anwings.  4KW generator with about 580 hours.  This is a nice reliable coach.  There many other upgrades like LCD television, two 6V Trojan batteries and many other upgrades.

The attached video is from when we purchased it in 2015 so some things have changed like the addition of the LCD TV and a new mattress plus the mileage has gone up.
