this RV has never been used.  All appliances are brand new, never used.  Bathroom, septic tank never used.  Still has plastic lining from factory on the bed.  It's the cleanest "Used" RV you can find.  Has extended warranty.  

Has most of the options, such as microwave, frig, A/C, enhanced cabinetry, DVD player and surround sound, electrical awning, two propane tanks.  The only option not included was a flat TV, which can easily be added for low cost by buyer.
