This is a 2017 Heartland Bighorn 39MB.  My wife and I purchased it brand new, and to date we have only used the RV for camping three times (less than 500 miles), and a handfull of times in our backyard when kids/grandkids visit.  The RV is like-new condition, all features and systems work like they should. Well kept with lots of features. Tires are in great condition with spare, roof like new and serviced/caulked, auto-leveler, slides work great, dual 12v batteries in great condition, residential refridgerator, dual 15ton AC, dual 30gal LP tanks, 12gal hotwater heater (gas/elec). Comes with original 50am AC cord plus a 75' extension. Various AC cord adapters, water filters, gas bbq (never used-bumper mount), wheel chocks, etc. Sale includes a Reese 18k 5th Wheel hitch that mounts directly into any in-bed puck system found on most 3/4 ton trucks today (doesn't matter which brand of truck). The nose of the RV is designed so short bed tracks (6') can haul the RV without a sliding 5th wheel system. I tow with a Ford F250.  The RV pulls great, very stable! Braking system just passed a safety check.  Again, everything is like new!  MB stands for "Mid Bunk" and you'll see in the pictures a bunk room with door (separate room for sitting, sleeping, office, etc.). Bunk room has a Queen pull out. It also has a King bed size loft above the Bunk Room accessible from the hallway. Main bedroom is a King bed, plenty of closet space, dresser, TV, washer/dryer hookups. Nice bathroom with full size shower, vanities, medicine cabinet, storage closet. Livingroom has a Queen pull out bed and two electric recliners and big screen TV.  Nice electric Fireplace produces good heat and looks nice. Entertainment center with 3-zone speaker system (interior/exterior). Kitchen has a Residential Refridgerator with pull out vegitable section and pull out freezer, three burner gas cookstove, Island with storage and single bowl stainless sink. Kithen has a Large Pantry! Dining table w/4 chairs. The RV pulls very well, very stable, and is about 40' long. We are selling because we are retiring this June 2020, and our retirement travel plans have changed. No longer RVing.
