This is a used Rubicon XLT toy hauler 301XLT.  We bought this new in July of 2019 in Coucil Bluffs, IA.  We used it 4 times before we decided to get a different style toy hauler.  We love the floor plan and it has lots of storage area.  We hauled our Harley in it when we traveled.  Plenty of cargo space for it or any other toy.  It has a three burner stove with oven and seperate microwave.  It will come with a new spare tire.  It has the upgraded 15K AC unit instead of the standard 13.5K.  It's a 50 amp due to being wired for a second AC.  Second AC not installed.  It will work as is on a 30 amp plugin.  AC really works well and kept us cool in the summer.  Heater worked great in the fall also.  Overall, a great trailer.
