I've taken good care of this and am the original owner.  I've cleaned and maintained it properly.  I don't want to get rid of it, but I could use the money.  The only thing that does not work is the propane furnace.  The fan will turn on, but then it shuts off right away.  It's relatively light weight and an easy tow yet it is self-contained and has a ton of features.  It works well off-grid.  If you are more in the mood for comfort and have access to electricity, it's got ac, tv, dvd, and all the stuff listed above to keep you comfortable.  Please let me know if you are interested.
