Tires are highly recommended Maxxus brand and 2 years old.  Full queen size bed (Mattress pictured not included, but original mattress is).  Very open layout due to option of using a table or not. (Folding table stored under bed).  No dinette to take up room that is rarely used.  Amount of storage is good for a small trailer.  Basement also houses an additional folding table that hangs above the storage area (viewable in picture). Sink and stove have covers that are usable as counter space. Also included is a raised cover on countertop with room for satellite receiver underneath.
