The trailer has Oklahoma Salvage Title Certificate due to a minor water damage. There was a soft spot on the floor by kitchen and bathroom. This area has been repaired with new wood and all new vinyl floor. It was noted during roof wash that there are few areas of soft spots near roof vents and middle AC. No new roof leaks noted after repairing the leaks. Trailer was towed from Oklahoma to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works.
