Beautiful Allegro Bay with many extras under covered storage in Birmingham, AL.  Everything works on this RV.   There are no upgrades or changes that need to be made to make this RV ready for the road, or to go camping.   We have meticulously cared for our Bay, and have prepared it for traveling without incident.

A few things we would like to point out for your information:  It is in spectacular condition.   The outside is clean and waxed, and the inside is clean and spotless.  We have purchased (4) new Michelin tires for the rear.  They were added in April.  The front has 2016's, and are in great shape.  It has 2 slides, one for the large living area(13'), and 1 for the bedroom(7.5').  The roof is cleaned and sealed every spring.  There are no leaks.  There is a 20' awning.

The engine is a powerful 8.1 liter Vortec.  The transmission is a 6 speed Allison.  The generator is a 7000 Onan Marquis Gold.  There are 2 AC units and heat pumps.   The engine does not burn or leak oil.  All entertainment components operate properly.  The refrigerator operates on electricity or propane.  It has a washer and dryer combo.
