Very clean unit. Extras include mounted solar panel, truck hitch with stabilizer bars, two Optima Blue Top batteries and tire covers. Second owner used 5-6 times a season. Two axles with good tires. Fresh water 28 gallon, black water 22 gallon and gray water 30 gallon. Two 20 gallon propane tanks. Electric awning 13 feet long. Inside tub and shower and outside shower. Manual leveling jacks. Refrigerator and hot water heater are electric or propane. Good working air conditioner. Curtains can close off to bunk beds and queen bed areas for privacy. Television can be antenna or cable fed. A lot of storage capacity. Actually it says there are three bunk beds but we used the bottom area for storage because it has access from the outside too.
