For Sale: 2017 Jay Sport 12sc. Only used 2 weekends in 2017 and covered ever since. Paid $12k selling for $5495.

It was a pretty Deluxe package when we bought it and has everything in the customer value package PLUS additional add-ons:6 gallon propane heated water, plumbing, AMFM/USB Stereo with outdoor speakers, 16,000 Btu Furnace, Front Black Diamond Storage Box.

Value Package also includes: 28 Gallon Water tank/pump, AC Prep, 3 Way Refrigerator, 4 stabilizer jacks, Electric brakes, Indoor/outdoor propane stove, toproof vent, front and rear Black Diamond plating, Spare Tire, Canopy Awning. 

I will also throw in a power extension cable (25), a really nice tire lift jack, deluxe vinyl cover. I also have a very nice tow jack with sway bars for an additional $100. All features including hot water work perfectly. Roof was damaged by a tree limb two winters ago but it was fully sealed and bonded, water tight. Everything else is perfect, no blemishes, tears or leaks, works perfect. Pop ups are great for a weekend getaway, easy to tow and quick to set up/take down.
