We are selling because we are done moving around and it's time to buy a house. This is an excellent trailer with loads of options. As for the basics, it is 39.5 feet long, unloaded vehicle weight is 11,610 pounds, hitch weight is 2,249 pounds. I pull it just fine with my 3/4 ton truck. It has a sealed/heated underbelly and the trailer has never frozen (it's seen low single digit temperatures). Less than 10,000 miles on the tires which I keep covered. 12 gallon electric/propane water heater. 1 black tank and 2 grey tanks and 1 fresh tank. Brand new Brooklyn Wanderlust 10 inch king mattress.
Willing to deliver within 200 miles of Guthrie, Oklahoma. It has a 16,000 pound Reese Sidewinder hitch which rotates on the trailer side instead of the truck side which eliminates the need for a long bed and/or a slider hitch. I have a short bed truck and can turn completely without issue. Comes with 2 spare tires, the original under the trailer and one I added on the bumper, neither of which have been used. LED lighting on the inside and out. Speakers throughout the trailer and outside. TV mount in the storage compartment under the trailer. I replaced most of the exterior caulking this past summer. The black tank has the in-tank rinse system which is incredible. Residential size microwave.

Refrigerator may be run on either propane or electric.

The two recliners are not original to the trailer, we purchased them last summer  they have a massage function.

6 point hydraulic leveling system with an automatic function (may be controlled via remote)

Washer and dryer hook ups in the closet upstairs. Ceiling vent in main living area is remote controlled and has rain sensor. All three slides may be controlled by either switch or remote. Electric fireplace in main living area.

Furnace was serviced in January 2020. All hoses and attachments will go with the trailer. 

We love this trailer but it is time to move on.
