Description

It's a 2304DS Emerald Edition, has slide topper protection from leaves and debris, all drawers are reinforced beyond factory standards, brown leather seats ( super comfy fell asleep on couch a lot ), corian counters, 7.2 cubic foot fridge (I think it's big), black tank and toilet never used, had a composting toilet in the RV. Added an additional pantry that is attached to the outside of the bathroom door with a full length mirror not factory. This is a super clean RV and when the opposing slides go out it's a dance floor! Add a 6 foot fold up table to the dining area and TV trays for the sofa and you can get 10 for dinner comfortably. Replaced outlets by the bed with standard outlet that includes 2 USB ports. Only been driven about 2000 miles. Reason for selling is that we want to go back to class A or B. It's only 25 foot log from hitch to tail and it has a very comfortable Murphy bed ( my wife likes the fact that you can sit in bed and read no curved wall ). With the anti sway and the load distribution, it tows very easy. Of course it's solar ready. Has a BBQ grill that connects to the propane tanks on RV ( gotta watch your food can get super hot ) and an additional table that attaches on the side of the RV (super easy). Water filter at the back of RV,  easy to change and available online. Large amounts of storage, can put skis or golf clubs thru the outside front storage. Wardrobe and has inside drawers everywhere (it's crazy for the size). Upgraded the shower with on off button at the head and high pressure head (because the HW tank is the standard 6 gal). Never been smoked in. Oven has even heat for baking, microwave, 4 burner stove with cover. I must say I've used it boondocking several times. 3 times on annual training with the Army Reserves 14 days and at regular RV parks. This is our 5th rig and has been great. It does not feel claustrophobic like my 35 foot class A did. It also has a very strong exhaust fan in the bathroom. Oh yeah. surround sound, BluRay/DVD, decent size TV that you can hook up outside (fairly easy, can do it one handed). Changed sink fixture in the bathroom from cheap plastic to stainless steel with a higher faucet that you can get your hands under comfortably. Power awning and stabilizer jacks.
