This is a strongly built, gently-used RV in very good condition.  It was a special order from the factory and was assigned a unique model number 30SLRK.  It is nearly identical to a 2007 Cypress 32RKSL, but without a 1-foot wide nightstand next to the bed.

I initially consigned this RV with a local dealer, but took it back because they had overpriced it and provided no description on their website or RVtrader.  When I dropped the trailer off at the dealership, I had them do a couple of minor repairs that I was aware off.  The dealer's shop did a thorough "pre-delivery inspection" and found a few additional issues, which I am addressing now.  There are some cosmetic issues because of its age (fading graphics, for example), but overall this trailer is in very good shape and very good working condition. 

This is a rear kitchen, center living floor plan.  2 slide-outs, large awning.  Sleeps 4: queen bed and a sleeper sofa.  The queen bed is 60x75, but an extender is included so that the bed becomes 60x80.  A memory foam mattress topper is also included.  A foldable partition separates the bedroom area from the rest of the living space, and there is also a wooden pocket door at the bottom of the stairs.

There is a fold-down desk area.

Length and weight specs:

• Exterior length is 34'3" to rear bumper, 34"11" to the rear ladder, 35'8" to the spare tire.
• Unloaded vehicle weight (UVW) is 11,765 lbs.
• Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) is 14,625 lbs.

Tires are Goodyear "G614" 10-ply, load range G.  LT235/85R16
