My name is Mike and I lost my house to the Camp Fire in Paradise CA. I was forced to move out of the area and commute to my job in Chico. My insurance company dragged their feet and I thought I would never get a settlement. That is why I purchased this trailer brand new in April of 2019 from Camping World in Bakersfield CA. I thought I would use it for a couple years. However, the skillful work of a local attorney produced good results enabling me to purchase a house much sooner than I expected. I only spent 58 nights in the trailer. Since I am not a cook, the stove and oven were never used. I was very careful about how I used the trailer and it looks and functions like brand new inside and out. The trailer has two air conditioning units which keeps the trailer cool in the Summer. It has both a propane and electric heat. And it has three slide outs, two A/C units and front and rear electric stabilizers. The wireless remote opens and closes the awning, the three slides, and the front and rear stabalizers.There are no defects in the trailer at all. I had it delivered to our property in Cottonwood Ca and it has never moved from there. I have included the link to this trailer on Jayco’s website.
