This is a beutiful 2017 Montana, 3710FL legacy issue package. The spacious front living room features a full sectional couch with lounger and the opposing slide houses the love seat. The unit is 39.5 feet long with 6 slides providing great internal space. There are two AC units and heat pump, fireplace, 18 c/foot fridge, upgraded interior with dual uv and blackout shades on all windows. The huge barrel ceiling provide 6 ft 4 inches of stand up headroom in the living room and runs throughout the unit creating a spacious environment: this barely used trailer would make for a fantastic winter getaway option with a king size bed in the bedroom, king size sectional bed and queen size love seat bed. This is a beaut and won’t last long. The trailer is located in Palm Springs however I would be willing to move it to the Yuma area at no additional cost.
