This unit is 1/2 Ton towable and only weighs 8,200lbs dry.

Just put 4000 dollars into a complete service. I have installed 2 brand new batteries. Freshly sealed the roof. The water heater has been serviced.

The unit has 50 amp service with 15k and 13.5 BTU a/c systems. It has a brand new rear landing gear that's fully automatic. It has new brakes. Tires are in great condition. This coach has all the extras including flat screen tv and fireplace. It's clean and camp ready. We have never had any problems with this unit. 

All services completed by La Mesa RV.

It comes with a receiver and a bike rack.

RV has all original furniture including 4 chairs for the dinette.
