Came standard with 16ft power awning, works perfectly. 
Power tongue jack also works as advertised.
Professionally winterized every year. 
All standard interior lights were replaced with LED bulbs to keep the heat down in the summer. 
Large pass through front storage compartment. 
Large rear storage compartment under bunk.
Overhead storage above dinette and sink. 
Vinyl flooring throughout. 

Wheel bearings are greasable with zerk that came standard. 
Last greased in 2017 by selling dealer. No noises or grinding.
Brakes are still very tight and responsive.

Air Conditioner blows ice cold
Furnce blows plenty of hot air through floor ducts.

Kitchen sink does have a crack that was sealed 7/7/2019 by dealer here in New Jersey. It does hold water and currently does not leak. 
Hot water tank came standard with tank bypass kit for winterization. 
Fresh water tank also has bypass kit installed for winterization.

I have made every effort to describe this trailer to the best of my abilites. I have more photos and can get more if needed. It is currently stored outside. It was stored indoors for it's first winter in 2014. Covered for it's 2nd winter. 

Our family has enjoyed this RV but our schedules do not allow for as much camping as we would like so we are selling for another family to enjoy and make memories.
