I added a power tongue jack, and 2 solar panels, and 2 deep cycle marine batteries after my purchase. Solar has keep us with plenty of 12V power for the 30 years we have owned trailers. Well maintained, minor chips, dents, scratches on exterior. Interior clean, all working. The dinning table was used improperly once while using to make that bed area and it cracked on the back, not the table top. I wood glued the crack and it seems to be fine.If you are one to spend a lot of time inside the rear picture window with 2 rocking lounge chairs is the perfect spot to see out and enjoy. Entertainment center with TV and DVD player, also radio with in and out speakers, one exterior is not working. 3 burner stove, micro, nice size fridge. Master bed area has wardrobes on either side of bed, storage over bed and another small closet back side of entertainment center. Lots of storage, under dinning area, above couch, above rear chairs, pantry, under queen bed. Dry weight 6300 lbs. Stabilizing bars, manual stabilizing jacks. Power awning, multiple exterior lights, including LED under awning. We are trying to down size.
