Very nice unit with new awning, new regulator and propane tanks. The roof was resealed in 2018. It has been used on average, for 3 or 4 months per year while we winter in Southern California. Otherwise, it has been in storage for the past 8 years that we have owned this 5th wheel. We purchased the 2 recliners and the reclining love seat and they are in excellent condition. There is a tv in the bedroom and a 32 inch smart tv in the living room.  We have more photos to send you which will include the floor plan.
