Cons (price reflects this)
-it has some water stains towards the front ceiling (we bought it like this).  The humidity in TX might be the cause of this, but there are no leaks of any kind.  The front overhead cab window gets condensation between the window panes (pretty common for a lot of coaches).
-  slide out awning needs to be replaced $110
-  Main awning may need to be replaced soon as well, but is still usable.

We purchased this several years ago from the 2nd owners who paid over $60k for this RV.  It is one of the best that we have owned and has served us well approximately the 3-4 times a year we get to use it.  It was serviced July 2019 with new brakes, oil change, generator, etc.  We are only selling because we dont have as much time now to enjoy the RV and have desires to travel more internationally.  I will include any additional accessories that go along with any RV so you are ready for camping or the road trip!  I believe i have all the original manuals as well.  I'm positing a youtube video as well.
