The trailer is in excellent condition. We chose this trailer because it has an amazing floorplan with a huge bathroom and great living space arrangement. The single slide provides a wide -open feel and the bedroom has a queen size walk-around bed. There is tons of storage in this trailer. 
We have boondocked/drycamped extensively with this setup. We have found that we can go about 8 to 10 days before we need to service our tanks when boondocking. The generator runs everything including the AC at 10,000 feet altitude and is very quiet and fuel efficient. The Zamp solar panel does a great job of keeping the batteries topped off. It has the standard features plus 2 new batteries and a Curt WDH. The vent fans in the kitchen and bath have been replaced with Maxxair 00-05100K MaxxFan Ventilation Fan with White Lid and Manual Opening Keypad Control
Features include: 3 burner stove, skylight above tub, am/fm/cd stereo, front gravel cover, double door refrigerator, center kitchen, tv w/ power antenna, electric  awning, exterior speakers, 1 slide out, grab handle, oven, fiberglass exterior, rear ladder, gas/elec. water heater w/dsi, spare tire, front queen  bed, ducted ac, 2 batteries rear bath/shower, power tongue jack, center living room, booth dinette w/ removable ottaman, mirrored wardrobe, microwave,led awning light, 2 heated/lighted/massage recliners, window covers, pre-wired for rear camera, 2 5-gallon propane cylinders, motion light inside at door and inside pass through storage.
