Drastically reduced from $72K for a timely sale. My work has unexpectedly dried up for the foreseeable future, and in a few weeks I'll be having trouble meeting life's expenses. Full disclosure, I got the van last summer for $40k, and put $15k in appliances and building materials. So its going to be a bit of a wash on the 350 hours that went into custom building everything, but i need to find it a new home. For context, my last two Sprinter Camper Vans in similar conditions/setups sold for $71k and $74k respectively. Price is firm, and as-is (the only two issues are a crack in windshield and the 40K mile tires are about 50% worn). These were points to negotiate previously, but I'm afraid I wont be able to negotiate regarding any obvious cosmetic issues. Its 100% solid mechanically, and the 20K mile oil and fuel filter service were just performed. This will be a cash only sale. Located in Basalt. Everything is completely dialed in, and top shape. The build was finished end of last summer, so all the parts, appliances, batteries, solar, etc. that make up the build are actually only 6-8 months old.
