2008 KZ Durango. 33' long, 2 slides. Trailer is set-up for a short bed truck, no slider hitch required. Can be used on short or long bed though. I will include my fifth wheel hitch if you want or need it.

The outside is clean with minor cosmetic damage. The inside is very clean. Carpets and whole interior was cleaned prior to storage and was stored with a cover on it. Has very minor cosmetic issues inside. Everything works well: fridge/freezer, slides, water heater/pump, furnace Etc.

Trailer has several upgrades:
Reese sidewinder pinbox. This is what allows a short bed truck to not need a slider hitch, and it works awesome. I have a regular pinbox still if you do not want the sidewinder.
2500 watt pure sine wave inverter w/ remote. The battery bank is upgraded as well.
Central vacuum system installed.
Suspension has been upgraded with shocks.
All roof vents have covers, which means they can be opened in the rain.
Comes with Tripod stabilizer for the front when unhitched. This makes a huge difference.
E rated tires with plenty of tread left (higher weight rating)
