Description

I bought this with 26k miles, it now has 29k and I've put brand new tires and a brand new OEM transmission, which has over two years left on its warranty. Both were very expensive. I have all the paperwork on both. In fact, I have paperwork going back several years for all the work done on it over the years-- it fills a binder, which also has all the manuals.

We've taken it on three trips, the biggest being to the Reno area and back last Summer, and two trips into the mountains. It ran beautifully and got 7-9mpg. This is a step above cheaper RVs as it has things like hydraulic leveling, a larger generator, upgraded plumbing, rear heating from the engine for winter use, two centrally-controlled heat/AC systems, and so on. It has a massive 16 foot hydraulic super-slide that gives you an additional 4'x16' living space in the main living area.

Its got the 8.1 Workhorse and the heavy-duty 4L80E transmission.

There's nothing like the feeling you get driving a class A with the world spread out in front of you. We're only two people and just don;t need so much space; this would be great for a family of 4 or more.

Everything works/look beautiful(ly) with the following exceptions:
1) A little bit of water damage many years ago-- the owner had the roof completely resealed, its been great since. No sagging or other issues. only way you can tell is that the wallpaper in the bedroom is imperfect.
2) exterior isn't perfect given its age, but its ok.
3) the super-slide is sometimes a little finicky, but it does work.
4) the generator is easy to start with a jump directly, but needs better wiring from the front- not enough amps. I will fix this as soon as I can.
4) the dashboard air louvers don't seem to be working for the air conditioning, and with the massive windshield, by the time it hits you, its not warm anymore. in 100F heat last summer, we just ran the generator and one of the cabin units to stay cool.

I have about $20k in this the last year-- lowballs will be ignored. I don't need help selling.
