This is a "tiny house", technically a Park Model RV. Zoning codes will treat it as an RV. This one is too big to tow with a pickup truck - you will need a licensed professional mobile home moving company. Built in 2017, we purchased it November 2018, after the fire, for our younger son and his wife to live on our ranch while their Paradise house was repaired. Now they have sold their Paradise house and have closed escrow on a house in Chico. This is a very upgraded "show" model. The purchase price was $72,000. It is in excellent condition, only lived in for 15 months.Beautiful kitchen with full size appliances, lovely bathroom with elbow room and storage. Back bedroom with large closet. Side door - so if you have doggies, they can have their own entrance. Large loft with divider closet.Much nicer to live in than a fifth wheel trailer or motor home. Feels like a house.
