We are upgradeing in size or we would not be selling our trailer.  We love it!  Great condition.  I have added the following; Swivel Black Tank Vent, 2 MaxxAir II Vent Covers, LP Quick Disconnect, 2nd Battery with Electrical Shutoff, TV, wired TV into Speakers, New Window in Entrance Door with Built in Shade and a Hitch Receiver onto the Rear Bumper for a Bike Rack.  I will also include the Hitch Stabilizer/Leveler System.
