This single-owner camper van conversion was completed in summer of 2018. It's completely off-grid with luxury finishes and tons of storage. The L-shaped sofa seats 4, and pulls out into a bed which sleeps 2 comfortably. The sofa is upholstered with Perennials' luxury "Rough 'n Rowdy" indoor/outdoor fabric that is mold + mildew resistant, and wipes clean with a dry cloth (after 17k miles, it still looks brand new).

Fully functioning kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, sink, running water, 22gal fresh water storage + built-in propane stove.

The white wardrobe style cabinetry has hanging storage for your clothes, gear closet / "garage," brand new cassette toilet and storage galore.

MaxxAir ceiling fan + two custom windows maximize ventilation and natural light

House battery / systems are powered by solar, and also charge through the alternator when the vehicle is running. Electrical System includes a Power TechON 3000W pure sine wave power inverter + hardware terminal 12V to 120V AC from RV Marine USA. Victron BMV-702 battery monitor. Renogy Eclipse 100 watt solar panel w/ extra port installed on the roof for additional solar panels as needed (just plug them in). Zamp Solar 30A charge controller. Blue Sea Systems SI-ACR (battery charged by alternator). Victron 240 Ah 12 Volt Deep Cycle AGM Battery. Three 120V dual outlets. Two USB charging outlets. Triple-zone LED lighting.

RWD with all-terrain tires; we spend a lot of time in the mountains and haven't found a "road" we can't make.

No shower inside, but there are tons of options on the market for outdoor shower setups should you need one.

The interior was custom designed and built by Matt Wages Design in the Bay Area.
