We purchased this RV about ten years ago from an older couple that had it under a covered roof and had really taken good care of it. During the time we have had it, we replaced the carpet and installed a new roof (there was some water damage from the old roof). We have always kept the RV in an airplane hanger. For most of the time we had it, we kept it in an airplane hanger in Colorado and would use the RV in the summer as a second home in Colorado. For the past 3 years, this RV has been in our hanger here in Oklahoma. The air conditioning unit is new. The refrigerator is a little weak and would be the one thing that might need to be replaced if you wanted to run it a lot off of the generator. If you stay plugged in for several days, it works fine. The generator has been serviced recently and works well. The tires are several years old, but are like new. This RV only has about 29,000 miles on it. When we bought it, it had less than 20k miles on it. We also took this RV to the Mighty Five in Utah about 3 years ago. It is a lot of bang for your buck, but our kids are now 9, 10, and 12 and we have simply outgrown it.
