This is practically a brand new Rockwood Signature Travel Trailer! Only been used a few times and tons of upgrades. We oppted for the Permaplate expensive preservation of the vechicle that presevers decals, fiberglass, and everything on the inside and out which insures everything for 5 years! We only bought it 1 year ago so that means whoever buys it is protected for 4 more years with everything inside and out! The warranty is of course transferable! We are only selling because we need something bigger since my wife is having twins and we need more room! It sleeps 6 comfortably but we only did that once and have only stayed in it a total of 8 times hence the incredible brand new cleanliness of the vehicle! It is a one of a kind lay out with a huge living room, big flat screen TV and of course a large master bedroom! Once you see all the upgrades we have done you and your family will love it as well!
