Come see this lightly used motorhome with dual AC that is ideal for a family or for grandparents who wish to give the gift of travel to their grandchildren. Bathroom and kitchen are fully usable with all slides in. Generator starts from inside unit. Will come with everything needed to hook up for water, 15 or 30 amp service with surge protector, and to dump/flush the tank. Seats 8 people with seat belts. Unit is currently winterized and in interior storage. Must give 24 hours notice to be removed from interior storage per storage facility guidelines. Unit has heated tanks for extended weather use.

Kitchen has 3 burner stove, gas oven, double bowl sink with lay flat sink covers, and microwave that vents outside. Refridgerator runs off both electric and propane and comes with a thermometer and a fan to help circulate air.

Bathroom has extra wide vanity. This makes getting multiple children ready for bed much easier than the small vanities RVs usually come with. Medicine cabinet is equally wide and has pleanty of storage for toiletries. New Oxygenics shower head installed. Will come with some remaining tank treatments under bathroom sink. Shower had been used with no issues.

Bunkbeds each have a seperate light and have additional privacy granted by individual bunk curtains. Bunkbeds do not have TVs. There are 2 drawers under the bunkbeds which work well for kid clothes. Will each come with a fitted sheet.

Master bedroom has queen short bed that was replaced Spring of 2019. There are outlets on both sides of the bed. Bedroom has more than ample storage in both drawers, a wardrobe, and overhead cabinets. Bed lifts to access under storage compartment. Waterpump and fuse box is located under bed. Will come with bedding currently on the bed.

Overhead cab comes with queen sized memory foam pad and has ample storage in the form of pockets with netting. There is also room at end of pad for a duffle bag. Privacy is provided by a curtain.

Jack-knife sofa and dinnette will also make into beds in the living area. The sofa as well as both sides of the dinette have 2 seatbelts each. A USB outlet is located under the dinette. Front TV and DVD player will play via inverter while driving down the road.

Unit is easy to dump at dumpstations and has black tank flushing capabilites which have worked well. Unit has quick connect propane port located near rear of unit.
