1.) Full Custom cedar deck that is the entire length of the camper! 

2.) stairs of the end and front of the deck, along with custom built wooden steps with large landing platform leading up to the camper door. The deck is made in about 10 x 6 foot sections so it can be easily taken apart and relocated to another campground if needed. Camper is being sold as is. 

1 small issue. Back bump our motor needs to be replaced, but they are only about 200$
