Gently used travel trailer in great condition!

I bought it new in Sep2017 from an RV dealership in northern California. I only lived in this trailer for about 2 months, then used it one more time for about a week when my house was being repaired. I am the first and only owner. My tow vehicle was a 2003 Toyota 4Runner, which did very well.

Solid Winnebago construction with aluminum frame, block foam insulation, and a single fiberglass piece forming the top, from front to back. There have been no alterations or renovations to the original layout.

A wonderful space for 1-3 people.
-roomy bed (though the mattress is a little hard, so a few foam mattress toppers are included)
-small dinette folds down into a bed for one
-private, rear bathroom that is quite large for a trailer of this size - includes shower, sink, flush toilet, wardrobe
-1 power slide with 2 burner stove, fridge with freezer, microwave/convection oven combo, kitchen sink
-plenty of cabinets for storage throughout, both inside and outside
-19" flat screen TV with Jenson DVD/CD player and entertainment module
-1 power awning with outdoor LED lights and speakers
-outdoor shower

Includes some eating/kitchen utensils that I bought specifically for this trailer, original bedspread (not pictured), trailer cover (new, not pictured) and wheel covers.

Normal wear and tear with gentle use. Everything is functional. Note that there is cosmetic damage on the bottom of the bathroom door frame (see photos).
