This travel trailer is in very good condition. It has been used very little. It is very comfortable. There is a party center outside with a mini portable frig and sink with a sildeout counter area for prepping food. On the other side there is a outside shower. The stablelizing hitch is included. Inside, I have included the flat screen 40" tv. The other featlures are outside audio and party lights with remote. This travel trailer has mag wheels.
