We bought the trailer new in 2017 but now finally ready for our fifth-wheel/ retirement trailer. The only reason I did not buy a fifth wheel back in 2017 was because I still needed the bed of my truck for my kid's quads. My oldest now drives and helps with the quads.

The trailer is 37' 6" overall with a 12' 6" garage, full bathroom in front and half bath in garage.

The private front bedroom has a king size walk around bed and private entry into the full bathroom for some convenience at night.

There are two slide outs which really open up the living/kitchen area. In the kitchen, there are solid surface countertops and a high rise kitchen pull-out faucet. The living area has residential built-in recliners.

In the private garage there is a 12' 1/2" of garage space for your toys with a ½ bath. There is one upper and lower queen size beds. The lower bed is a tri-fold power queen bed that also coverts into dinette/ sofas.
You can sleep up to six people comfortably; if you want I am sure you could even add a blowup mattress or two if you need more sleeping space.
