The 26X1 has been gently used, we are the original owners purchased from Fretz RV in Souderton.  About 3 times per year we used it for our family and stored on my own property hooked up to a 30amp electrical outlet at my house and properly protected as needed.  Properly winterized each year using air to fully blow out the lines with RV Antifreeze in the drains and holding tanks.  Sale includes Wheel covers, front window cover, all manuals, and main bed's bed spread.  More pictures to come on the outside and storage once the weather warms up.

The plan has a slide out for the master and one super slide for the main living area, which makes for a nice spacious area when you are couped up due to rain or other Elements. There are TVs in both the bedroom area and main area.  A ladder was added to make it easy to get in and out of the overhead sleeping space, with the TV on a powered arm for viewing while dining or relaxing on the couch.  The Dinette and couch both fold down to accomodate extra sleepers.  The kitchen area has a propane gas stove top and enough space for quick prep, along with a good sized refridgerator.  

Outside you have slide covers on both the slideouts, which makes departure that much easier as you don't need to climb up to sweep off before sliding in.  A good size awning covers the front door and provides ample coverage in any storm.

A large storage area since is on the back passenger side to fit grill, rug and many other items, plus 3 additional storage areas on that side. Moving to the other side you have a narrow storage area that is perfect for chairs or storage of hookup equipment.  There is a small storage also towards the back that is perfect for the hookup equipment, along with your bumper that stores the sewer hose.

Engine has been kept in tip top shape and all seals were fully checked over by Fretz RV in 2019.  Inspection is up to date and ready to ride.

Towing is available for up to 5,000lbs, perfect for a tow behind or bikes, whichever you prefer, we have done both.
